The two songs that I've put on repeat this last week are:
Graveyard Song by Mae Whitman/Amber Holt
and
Gardenia by Landon Pigg with Mae Whitman
Graveyard Song is from the show Parenthood. To be honest, I don't really know what it's about, but it's soothing to listen to. It's like being serenaded. The lyrics and music have a sad sort of impression, but at the same time they make you feel at peace. Unfortunately, Graveyard Song isn't on Itunes, but it is on Youtube.
Gardenia is pretty light and fun. I think it's about getting over someone you once loved, and getting them to realize that they're missing something beautiful. Mae and Landon sound amazing together, I wish they had more recorded songs together. Gardenia is on Itunes, and if you want to hear them singing other songs with each other, check out Youtube; there are a few videos of them doing concerts. The quality isn't great, but you get the idea.
